Make the quote path obvious.
For B2B product sites, the contact section should ask for the details sales teams actually need: product family, quantity, destination market, drawings or reference samples, and target lead time.

Common questions.
What's your typical lead time for a new part?
For CNC-milled components, first-article samples are typically ready in 10–14 business days after drawing review and PO. Production lead times depend on quantity and complexity — we quote a fixed schedule with every PO.
Do you sign NDAs before reviewing drawings?
Yes, always. We send a mutual NDA before your drawings leave your inbox. We won't review geometry without one in place.
What file formats do you accept?
STEP and IGES for 3D geometry, PDF for 2D drawings. We can work from DXF for flat parts. If you only have a sketch or a sample part, reach out — we've reverse-engineered plenty.
Can you handle DDP shipping to the US or EU?
Yes. We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to most US and EU ports. We handle export docs, customs clearance, and consolidated loading. You get one inbound per program.
